Clinical Services
Oncology Symptom Control Research (OSCR) provides treatment for cancer-related pain, fatigue, depression, nausea, insomnia, and other distressing symptoms. 

Dale Theobald, MD, PhD, serves as OSCR's Director of Psychiatric Services.  Dr. Theobald is a psychiatrist and has a PhD in addiction psychology.  Prior to joining CCC, Dr. Theobald was a member of Indiana Psychiatric Associates and Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at Indiana University Medical School.

Mrs. Pamela Dickerson serves as the department's administrative assistant coordinating special projects at the Indianapolis office.  Mrs. Dickerson's project experience includes twelve years of medical office management.

In addition to providing psychiatric care, Dr. Theobald coordinates and recruits patients for on-going research activities. OSCR provides a unique service in the field of psycho-oncology by offering support and care directly to patients in rural communities.
